Who Can Request a Certificate?
According to official regulations, the following individuals are eligible to request a civil registry document.
- The owner of the document themselves.
- His/her direct descendants (children, grandchildren).
- His/her ascendants (parents, grandparents).
- The legal guardian or institution in charge, if the owner is a minor.
- An authorized representative with a valid Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
